We know it's not always easy to train consistently and getting back on track after some time out can be really hard. If you're struggling with this, you're not alone. That’s why we’ve created a brand new Get Back On It challenge to help you continue your fitness journey and create a fitness routine that will stick.
Joe will guide you through a 4-week programme to help ease you back in and slowly build up your workouts each week. The workouts are a beginner / intermediate level but can easily be adapted to suit your fitness level.
If you want to join the challenge, you can find it in your ‘All Workouts’ tab. Scroll down to the new ‘Challenges’ section and tap ‘Join’ on the Get Back On It Challenge. This will start your programme straight away and your Week 1 countdown will begin. Once you opt into the challenge, it’s not possible to restart.

Week 1 - 2 quick workouts
Week 2 - 2 workouts
Week 3 - 3 workouts
Week 4 - 3 workouts
We’ll tick off the workouts as you go and you’ll automatically move through each week. Plus, there’s a top score badge to be won if you smash all the challenge workouts.
This challenge specifically focuses on your training but you can use the recipes from your 'Eat' section alongside the workouts here.
