Most of the workouts included in your plan are High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). But if you want to mix things up, there are other types of workouts to choose from. Check out previous live workouts or series in ‘Train’ > ‘All Workouts’.
HIIT - short bursts of intense exercise followed by short rest periods. Not only will HIIT help you get fitter and stronger, it’s a really effective way to train for fat loss and get results in minimal time.
Strength - workouts designed to help you build strong, lean muscles. Resistance is applied using weights, resistance bands or your own body weight.
Abs - these workouts include exercises that specifically target your abdominal muscles and core.
Barre - combines elements of yoga, Pilates and ballet. The workouts are low-impact but you will feel the burn with isometric holds, pulses, eccentric movements and stretches.
Yoga - give your body and mind time to slow down with yoga practices. Enjoy gentle stretching and strengthening exercises combined with breath work and meditation.
Mobility - mobilise, stretch and move your body with with short routines that are designed to improve your range of motion.
