Yes, you can stream the workouts to a Chromecast-enabled TV or device. Alternatively, you can use your device's in-built screen mirroring features.
Top tips:
- Not all Android devices and/or smart TVs are Chromecast-enabled; in this case, screen mirroring is a good alternative.
- YouTube and other well-known streaming apps work differently from Chromecast-enabled apps like The Body Coach. Even if the Chromecast icon appears for YouTube, it may not automatically work for The Body Coach app. In this instance, you can either follow the instructions below to link your app to your Chromecast device or try screen mirroring.
Casting
You'll need to first ensure your device and TV are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Then all you have to do is play a video on your device and tap the Chromecast icon on the video player controls. Select your TV (or Chromecast-enabled device) and the video will automatically start playing on your big screen.

Amazon Fire Stick and screen mirroring
If you have an Amazon Fire Stick, you can enable screen mirroring before trying to connect your device. You can do this two ways:
- Simply hold down the home button on the remote control. A set of options will then pop-up on the TV and screen mirroring will be one of them.
- Alternatively, go to 'Settings' and then 'Display and Sounds'. From there, you can then enable Display Mirroring.
