Once you've completed 28 days on a cycle, the option to check-in will become available on your 'Today' page. You'll need to complete this step in order to move onto the next cycle and access new tailored recipes and workouts.
As well as recording your measurements, you can provide feedback on the cycle and let us know your non-scale victories, plus upload photos if you want to. We'll then use this information to help tailor your next cycle so that you keep on progressing.
The recipes and workouts in your existing cycle will be saved in your app so you can go back to these at any time. For this reason, it’s important to check-in on the meal type (e.g. mixed meals) that you want to be updated moving forwards.
