You can reset the timer to start your current cycle again, but it's not possible to restart previous cycles and wipe previous stats. We always recommend you keep moving forward with the app so that you get as much of the content that you're paying for as possible. Remember this is a lifestyle change, you can pick up where you left off and keep making progress.
But if you do want to repeat previous cycles, there are a few things you can do:
- Track 28 days on each of the previous cycle(s) in your own time
- Go to your saved recipes and workouts from your previous cycle(s)
- Feel free to edit your existing stats in the profile section of the app
To ensure all of your recipe portions are up to date, enter your current weight in the most recent stats submission then quit and reload the app.
