The Create Your Own tool allows you to make recipes that are tailored to you. By following your Create Your Own guide, you can make Refuel meals or General meals with correct portion sizes. The ingredients you choose will depend on what type of meal you're making.
Refuel meals will contain a carbohydrate source and no additional fats, whilst general meals will contain additional fats but no carbohydrate source. When you combine your ingredients from each list, you will create a nutritionally balanced meal tailored to you.

General meals
Choose ingredients from each of the food categories below to make your general meal:

- 3x additional fats
- Vegetables
- Side sauce (optional)
- Extras (optional)
If you want to make more complicated meals with lots of ingredients, you can adjust your tailored ingredient amounts. For example, if you want to include 2x protein sources in one meal, you could use 50% of each ingredient. Get as creative as you like in the kitchen whilst sticking to your plan.
