The workouts in your plan are designed to be challenging so that you really work your body hard and make maximum progress.
If the intermediate workouts become less demanding, and you notice you're not pushing yourself as hard anymore, really try to increase the intensity and effort you're putting in. For example, aim to smash more reps during each work set, shorten the rest period, or try increasing your weights to really ramp things up. By the end of each workout, you should feel tired, sweaty and out of breath, with nothing left to give.
If the workouts still feel a little too easy, you're probably ready to take it to the next level - the Advanced Plan. These workouts are a step up from the intermediate level with a mix of different structures, exercises and intensities. The Advanced Plan will push your body harder than before.
Remember, you'll still have all of your previous intermediate workouts saved in ‘Train’ > ‘All Workouts’ > ‘Your Cycles’ so you can drop back a level at any time.
