We would first of all recommend you try and regain access to your email via your email provider. You can usually do this by following an account/ password recovery process. For example, follow a 'forgot password' link from the log in page.
You should able to log in to your account once you have regained access to your inbox. Click here for more information about how to log in to the app.
If this doesn't work, you can create a new app account with a different email address and use the 'restore purchase' link on the app log in page. Your subscription will still be active, but unfortunately you will lose progress and have to start your journey again from the beginning.
The app uses email security as the only way to log in to the account (i.e. there is no password required). This security feature means we are unable to manually edit our users' email addresses.
