Staying fit and healthy during pregnancy has so many amazing benefits. But before you continue with your plan, we strongly recommend you speak with your healthcare professional to get their expert advice on how to proceed safely with exercise and nutrition. Your health and your baby's health is always the priority.
With regards to your meal plan, we do not recommend following this whilst pregnant. The recipes have not been tailored with your pregnancy in mind and the recipes and portions may not be suitable.
With regards to your training, we’ve created a 'Pre and Postnatal Workout' series for anyone who wants to stay active during or after their pregnancy, led by our Body Coach trainer, Courtnay. You can find these in your ‘Train’ > ‘All Workouts’ > ‘Series’. Everyone's pre and postnatal journey is different and not all exercises are right for everyone, so if something doesn't feel right, do not push your body through it.
