The meal type (e.g. pescatarian) that you check-in with at the end of a cycle will be the set of recipes that will update, so in this example you would move from pescatarian pack 1 onto pescatarian pack 2 for your next cycle. The recipes from pescatarian pack 1 will then be stored in 'Eat' > ‘Your Recipes’ and all other recipe packs will remain unchanged. When you check-in at the end of the second cycle, the pescatarian pack 2 recipes will also be saved in 'Eat' > ‘Your Recipes’ and you will move onto pescatarian pack 3, and so on.
If however you decide to swap your meal type during a cycle, this sequence may change. For example, if you change from the pescatarian pack to the vegetarian pack during the second cycle, you will be given the vegetarian pack 1 recipes and not vegetarian pack 2. The recipes that are saved to your 'Eat' section will depend on the meal type that you check-in with.
For example, at the second check-in:
- If you check-in on the vegetarian meals, the vegetarian pack 1 will be saved in ‘Your Recipes' section. You would have pescatarian pack 1 and vegetarian pack 1 in ‘Your Recipes' section.
- If you check-in on the pescatarian meals, the pescatarian pack 2 will be saved in ‘Your Recipes’ section. You would have pescatarian pack 1 and pescatarian pack 2 in ‘Your Recipes' section.
It's therefore important to check-in on the meal type that you want to be updated moving forwards.
The recipes saved in ‘Eat' > ‘Your Recipes’ will also be adjusted in line with your progress at the end of each check-in.
