We understand the meal plan can be a little confusing as some general meals, which we explain are lower in carbohydrates, still contain a portion of pasta, rice, potato or bread for example.
All meals will contain protein, carbohydrates and fats, whether they are general meals or refuel meals. The difference is that the refuel meals have a higher proportion of protein and carbohydrates vs. healthy fats, whereas the general meals have a higher proportion of protein and healthy fats vs. carbohydrates.
This is why some general meals still have a portion of carbohydrates in them, in the same way some refuel meals still have healthy fats. But rest assured they are still grouped correctly.
