Yes, you can. Once you've subscribed to the app, your plan has technically started and so the end of cycle 'check-in' countdown begins right away. But don't worry if you're not ready to start. We understand you might want a couple of days to read through the app and understand how it works, as well as plan your week and go food shopping.
You can easily reset your check-in countdown timer back to 28 days. We suggest doing this on the day you want to start your plan. Go to the 'Profile' section of your app, click restart and go through the confirmation page. This will automatically push your check-in date back to 28 days. It won't change any of your workouts or recipes, or make any changes to your planner.
Remember, by resetting your check-in countdown, you will have to complete a full 28 days on the cycle before you can check-in and access new recipes and workouts.
