Yes, you can. If you want to increase or decrease the suggested number of refuel meals on training days that's not a problem. The number indicated in each cycle is just a guide. You know your body best.
We suggest one refuel meal on training days in the first cycle and two in the second cycle. Moving forwards, it's up to you to choose the number of refuel meals based on how you felt. Some people feel more energised with more carbohydrates whilst others feel better with more healthy fats. You could also mix it up during the week if you wanted to. It doesn't matter either way as all meals are tailored to you.
