We know that sometimes life doesn’t go to plan and you might need to change things. And we’ve made this super easy to do. Go to your planner and tap on any day that has some meals pre-entered. Use the 'Edit' button to make any changes to your meals and workouts. You can tap on different days of the week if you want to make multiple changes. Remember to press 'Save' once you've finished editing.
