Yes. You can stream the workouts to an Apple TV box, or any AirPlay 2-enabled TVs (see full list below).
You'll need to first ensure your device and TV are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Then all you have to do is play a video on your device and tap the AirPlay icon on the video-player controls. Select your Apple TV (or AirPlay 2-enabled device) and the video will automatically start playing on your big screen.
