The Advanced Plan in the app is a great replacement for the original Graduate Plan with challenging workouts to keep you progressing month after month. The Advanced Plan is also great for those who have completed the original Graduate Plan as the workouts will help to build on your strength and fitness, stepping up the intensity as you progress.
If you don't feel you're quite ready for the advanced level, feel free to start on the Beginner Plan or Intermediate Plan - you can change to the Advanced Plan at any time you like. The Body Coach App also offers a choice of either pescatarian, veggie or vegan meals.
