Yes, you can do the plan together. It's a great way to stay motivated and accountable. The plans contain pre-set menus and workouts so as long as you both opt for the same plan types (meal option and workout level), you will receive the same recipes and workouts each cycle.
We do recommend signing up and subscribing to the plan individually. This means we can tailor the recipe portion sizes to you individually, and help you to both smash your goals.
