If you've purchased The Body Coach app subscription by mistake from the App Store, you may be eligible for a refund. However since you subscribed to the app through the App Store, you will have to request a refund using the Apple Store resources. You can use any device to do this, you'll just need to log in to the service using your Apple ID that you used to purchase the subscription to the app.
How to request a refund:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com in your browser
- Sign in with the Apple ID and password you used to purchase the subscription to the app
- From the ‘What can we help you with?’ drop down menu, select Refund and select the reason why you are requesting a refund.
- Click Next to submit your refund request.
Apple will process your refund request and you can track the status of your refund request by logging back in here.
