In cycle 1 you will receive a bumper pack of 60 recipes to get you started, then with each following cycle you'll receive extra new recipes. All recipes from your previous cycles will be stored in your app. This means you'll have loads of recipes to choose from and can go back to your favourite meals at any time.
For every recipe you receive the portion sizes will be tailored to you and your body. The portion sizes of recipes already stored in your app will also automatically update in line with your progress.
You get to choose the meals you want to eat, we'll simply tell you what type of meal to eat based on your training schedule. It's that easy.
