You'll receive 5 new and challenging workouts with each new cycle in the Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced plan. You also get warm-up and cool-down videos, plus 2 short-and-sweet workouts for when you just can't squeeze a full session in. The Advanced+ plan introduces new Body Coach trainers with additional workouts.
If you want to mix up your training plan even more, you can join a Class or find other workout Series and Challenges in 'Train' > 'All Workouts'.
Workouts from your previous cycle(s) will also be stored in 'Train' > 'All Workouts > 'Your Cycles', so you can go back to these whenever you want.
