Yes, you can. Let us know you're breastfeeding in the 'Lifestyle' section of the app. We'll then tailor your portions in line with this. Breastfeeding requires more energy from your body and so your portion sizes will be slightly larger. This will ensure you have enough fuel to work out safely and maintain a healthy level of fat loss. If you stop breastfeeding, you can remove this at any point and your portions will be adjusted accordingly.
We always recommend you get approval from your healthcare professional before starting the plan. Some of the recipes contain protein powder so it's also important to check your healthcare professional is happy for you to have this whilst breastfeeding.
Our Body Coach trainer, Courtnay, has also created some postnatal workouts in the 'Pre and Postnatal Workout' series to help you ease back into training after pregnancy. You can find them in 'Train' > 'All Workouts' > 'Series'. Always check with your healthcare professional before starting to ensure it's safe for you to do so.
