If the “log in to the app” button isn’t working through the email magic link, and you have tried multiple times, there are a couple of options you could give a go here.
- Delete all of the previous links you’ve been sent in the past, then request a new one. If you’ve pressed the log in button several times you could be using an old link.
- Try accessing your emails in another way. For example, if you’re using your Mails app, then try using the web browser on Safari or Chrome instead. You can also try pressing and holding down the link to open the app that way.
