Everybody is different and we all make progress at different rates.
Try not to focus on the numbers on your scales. There are many other benefits of the plan you can experience. On the outside that might mean centimetres and inches and differences you can see when you look at your photos. But perhaps more importantly, focus on what’s happening on the inside too.
Are your energy levels up? Is your mood better? Has your sleep improved? What other improvements can you feel within yourself?
Be patient. Keep going. Trust the plan – it’s worked for so many people.
This is lifestyle change – you can do it.
