The portions in your plan are specifically tailored to you. If you’re cooking multiple portions for your family you might want to think about how much food they need in comparison to you. For example, young children need less fuel and so smaller portions. You might also want to adjust the amount of herbs, spices and seasoning you use depending on your family preferences. When cooking for multiple people, try to make sure you still have your tailored portions for best results.
