Don’t worry if you drink a little more or less than recommended, this is just a guideline. And if you're not used to drinking the suggested amount of water, try gradually building up your intake over time. The most important thing is to stay hydrated throughout the day for a healthy body. You could try keeping a bottle of water with you to keep track of how much you’re drinking.
If you struggle drinking plain water, try adding some fresh lemon, berries or mint leaves for extra flavour. You can also add a little sugar-free squash if it helps.
