You can choose between a mixed, pescatarian, vegetarian or vegan meal plan. You can also change your meal plan type at any time in the profile section of your app.
We can't adjust meal plans in line with specific dietary requirements currently, but the menus have been designed to give you lots of choice and to be as flexible as possible. As you complete more cycles, your collection of recipes will also grow so that you have lots of recipes to choose from. You'll also have a Create Your Own tool where you can build your own tailored recipes for added flexibility.
You can change a specific ingredient for something else if you need to. You don’t have to avoid that recipe altogether. Click here for more information on ingredient swaps.
