Yes, you can. If you’re finding your plan workouts too challenging or too easy, you have two options:
- You can go to the "profile" area of the app and click the option to change your plan workout level. This will change your workouts in the 'Train' section of the app. Your check-in countdown will also restart from 28 days. The change in workout level will have no impact on your current recipe pack.
- Or you can wait until the end of the 28-day cycle of the plan you’re currently on and you will automatically move on to the next level up. For example, move from Intermediate Cycle 2 to Intermediate Cycle 3.
