Yes. All of your previous cycle workouts will be saved in ‘Train’ > ‘All Workouts’ > ‘Your Cycles’ so you can refer back to these any time.
Remember, the workouts will become more challenging as you progress through the cycles to help maximise results. Try to keep progressing through the workouts and keep challenging yourself. But, if you do feel like dropping back to an easier workout, maybe you’re coming back from an injury and want to ease yourself in or you've had a physically demanding week and need something a little lighter, then feel free to go back to previous videos.
