We'd recommend an exercise mat when smashing your workouts as this will provide extra padding, grip and cleanliness.
For the Intermediate and Advanced plan, you will also need some adjustable dumbbells. Adding weights to your workouts will help you progress through your plan – using them at the right times will help you build lean muscle. Once you get to Cycle 6 of the Intermediate plan and the Advanced plan, you may want to buy a kettlebell too as this is used in a few of the exercises.
On the Advanced+ plan, there is the option to use mini bands to add light resistance to your workouts from Cycle 4. These can also be great for stretching and mobility work.
