There are three different training plans for you to pick from when you subscribe.
- Beginner Plan: If you’re new to exercise or find fitness a real challenge, we recommend the Beginner Plan. No matter what your fitness levels are like, you can begin here.
- Intermediate Plan: If you’re already pretty active but struggling to get the results you’re aiming for, we recommend the Intermediate Plan. The intensity levels really start to build here as you make progress.
- Advanced Plan: If you’re already at a high level of fitness but want to step it up even higher, we recommend the Advanced Plan. This is where things really ramp up so you can push yourself to the next level.
The three plans have been made to do one after the other. So for example, when you finish the Beginner Plan you’ll automatically go up to the Intermediate Plan. And then onto the Advanced Plan.
Once you’re on the Advanced Plan, we’ll help make sure you keep making progress by regularly refreshing your plan with new workouts and recipes – for up to 12 months.
Don't worry if you choose the wrong training plan. You can change this at any time in the app. You’ll move to the first cycle of the new training plan and your workouts will be updated straight away.
