The Body Coach app uses passwordless login. When you sign up, we send you an email with a link in. You can sign into The Body Coach app by clicking that link before it expires (it only works for a matter of minutes).
If you’re logged out and need to log in again, go to the login screen, enter the email address you used to set up your Body Coach account and press ‘verify email’. We’ll then send you an email with a new login link. You’ll have to open the email and click the link on the same device you installed The Body Coach app on. Once you click the login link, it will automatically open the app on that device and log you in.
Here are some other tips to help you if you’re having problems logging in:
- Check your email. Is it the one you signed up with? Is it entered correctly?
- Check your junk mail. Your login email may have gone in there accidentally
- Are you on a device with the body coach app installed?
- Are you connected to the internet?
- Are you using the most recent login-link email we sent you?
- Usernames are case sensitive. Is there a mis-match?
