Yes, no problem. You can change the type of meal plan you’re on at any time. You can change between mixed, pescatarian, vegetarian or vegan meals in the profile area of your app.
If you change meal plan in the middle of a cycle, all recipes in that cycle will be swapped out and replaced with the new ones. You won’t have both types of meal plan in that cycle. It will also wipe your existing planner, meaning all workouts and recipes will need to be added again.
Any recipes already stored in your app will remain the same, and will not be affected by the change in meal plan. For example, if you have meat recipes already saved in your app, but change to vegetarian meals, those existing meat recipes will not change.
