Yes. If you prefer to train first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, or fasted, that’s perfectly fine. Alternatively, you can smash your workout after breakfast or after having a snack.
Training on an empty stomach or after eating won’t make any difference to your progress. But, if you feel weak or lack energy when training on an empty stomach, it’ll be more beneficial for you to eat before. This way you can give your workout maximum effort.
