When you finish a cycle, you’ll need to check-in. All of your existing cycle workouts in ‘Train’ > ‘All Workouts’ > ‘Your Cycles’, so you can go back to these at any time. You’ll then receive a new set of workouts for the next cycle or plan.
If you change your plan mid-cycle, your current workouts will be replaced with new workouts for the new plan, and they will not be added to ‘Your Cycles’.
