The live workouts are a great alternative to your cycle workouts and can be perfect for days when you’re lacking motivation. Live workouts may not have quite the same intensity as the workouts on your cycle, but it’s absolutely fine to mix things up. You can also add upcoming live workouts to your calendar using your app. Please note live workouts will not count towards your wins badges.
Don’t worry if you miss any of the live workouts, you can find these on demand in ‘Train’ > ‘All Workouts’ > ‘Previous Lives’.
