Don’t worry. If you struggle with any of the exercises within a workout, you can easily swap them for an alternative exercise you can do. Try to pick exercises that still challenge you, the key is to keep your heart rate high and make sure you’re pushing yourself hard.
Alternatively, if there are other workouts you’d like to do - such as a run or cycle, gym classes, or one of Joe’s YouTube HIIT workouts - you can always mix things up and do that instead of a plan workout.
