You can continue to check-in every 28 days, as you did with your previous cycles. Submitting results and checking in is a great way to keep structure and routine, hold yourself accountable and monitor your progress. It will also mean that your recipes are tailored to your needs.
You now know yourself so well; what workouts you love, how to push yourself hard and what good nutrition looks like. You can mix it up when it comes to training and eating by picking from the amazing collection of 500+ workouts and 800+ recipes you've worked so hard to build up. There will be new challenges, live workouts, special recipe packs and new app features, which will all help to keep you on track to your goals and loving the app.
Don't forget, you can continue to challenge yourself with the workouts by increasing the intensity. This can be done by pushing even harder during the working intervals and doing more reps, using heavier weights, introducing weights to bodyweight workouts, or increasing the work interval times slightly and decreasing your rest. You don’t have to stick with Joe’s pace, so why not see if you can go faster than him!
